Check Valve - Non Return Valve

These types of valve (Non Return Valves) are used to stop back flow to the upstream side of the valve. The design of Check Valve (Non Return Valve) is very simple. A hinged door is placed inside the Swing Check Valve body. With the pressure coming upstream the door is held open; when pressure increases on the downstream side, it forces the door to valve close, stopping any back flow. Mostly all pump discharge line check valves being used. Swing type check valve is performing in vertical and horizontal both line. Lift check valve have have vertical and horizontal both type of design to suit as per line. Jupiter Controls Flanged End, 150# & 300# Check Valves are Swing Check type and the 800# class check valves are Piston Type Lift Check Valves. The piston type valve works up and down providing a strong, firm seal under high pressure conditions.

Swing Check Valves

Jupiter Controls valve Swing Check Valves - Non Return Valves are Swing Type and Bolted cover design Construction. The one piece disc body construction is securely fastened to the hinge by means of a lock nut & pin. The Disc is free to rotating type   to avoid any other wear. The hinge pin offers excellent wear resistance properties.

Swing Check Non Retrun Valves also can be supplied with Titling disc design, Dash pot arrangement and outside lever & weight design for use where control of the disc is desires. Wafer Type Check Valve

Jupiter Controls valve Check Valves type combines a simple but robust construction with reliability. They are specially designed and developed for applications where a low pressure loss is essential. Jupiter Controls Wafer Type Swing Check Valve has short face to face dimensions and low weight allows a simple space saving installation between the companion flanges. The valves are suitable to mounting between weld neck or slip on plate type companion flanges of different standards. The short face to face dimensions and the low weight guarantee a simple and space saving installation between the bolts of the connecting flange.The eccentric disc shaft connection in combination with the disc seat guarantees positive shut-off of the returning medium. Wafer check valves are becoming the preferred type of check valve for most applications, due to their compact design and relatively low cost.Wafer Type Check Valve also can avialble with Spring Loaded version on spcific request.

Disc Check Valve

Jupiter Controls valve Spring Loaded Disc Check Valves - Non Return Valve feature a wafer type, compact and rugged design Cast Carbon Steel (ASTM A 216 GR. WCB) Stainless Steel  (ASTM A 351 GR.CF8/CF8M/CF3/CF3M/SS304/SS316/SS304L/SS316L) construction and are suitable for any process liquid, air, gas, steam etc. The Single Disc Check Valve (Wafer Type Single Disc Check Valve) consists of four main components: the body, a disc, a star guide and a spring. The Disc check valves are opened by the pressure of fluid and closed through compression spring as soon as flow stops thus preventing reverse flow.The design of Wafer Design, Sandwich Type, Flangeless Single Disc Spring Loaded Check Valves allows them to be installed between any flanges of different standard and in any position; including vertical pipelines where the fluid flows downwards. Forged Steel Lift Check Valve

Jupiter Controls valve Forged Steel Lift Check Valves are manufactured as per BS-5352/API 602 Standard and Tested to BS EN ISO 12266-1 Standard. Jupiter Controls designed piston type horizontal lift type check valve incorporating self-cushioning effect. Body Guided piston assuring accurate return to seat ring to achieve leak tightness. Jupiter Controls range covers Regular Port and Standard Port both types of Forged Steel Check Valve. Regular Port non return valves have fast delivery or ready stock, for Standard Port check valve do manufactuing on order basis. PTFE Lined Check Valve - Non Return Valve

Jupiter Controls PTFE/FEP/PFA Teflon lined ball check valves (NRV - Non Return Valve) are available from 1”(25NB) to 6”(150NB). We do manufacturing, exporting and Supplying PTFE-FEP-PFA-Teflon Lined Ball Type Non Return Valve - Check Valve with various option of lining to suit temperature application in Flanged End Connection. Jupiter Controls in india of PTFE Lined Ball Check Valves for corrosion & acidic application. recommend to install PTFE-FEP-PFA Lined Ball Check Valve in vertical line application. Teflon-PTFE-FEP-PFA Lined Ball Check Non Return Valve under normal flow the solid PTFE ball is pushed away from it’s seat and fluid flows through the valve, in a backwards flow condition the ball is pushed firmly back into it’s seat and prevents flow through the valve stopping process contamination etc.
